Live Tracking mode:

  • Auto refresh every 5 seconds: you will immediately see the icon move and the map recentre to show the new location. A trail of icons will automatically be formed, displaying where the tracker has been since you logged onto this page. This gives you the possibility to view in which direction the tracker is moving. You may zoom in or out, for a broader or smaller view of the location.
  • Last point mode allows you to view the last recorded point, if no data exists for the current day. Last point mode shows you quickly where the tracker last was, be it yesterday or a month ago.

Live Mode

  • The current date in use will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • The map can be put in Street , Satellite or Hybrid view, for better visibility or representation. The default view is Hybrid mode.
  • Popup info window appears when the icon on the map is clicked, showing time, accuracy and status.

 


Today mode:

  • Displays all of the points for today: view all of the points received for today. The map will automatically centre and zoom to show all of the points.
  • List of times on the right, allowing you to jump to a certain time. Once clicked, the map will centre on the point and display info about the tracker at the time, such as battery, accuracy and status. Each time is colour coded according to status: Moving or Started the time will be green, similarly, Stopped time is in red. This easy coding permits the easy view of journeys, and the quick view of when and where the vehicle stopped.

Today Mode

  • Enabling GSM locations: when no GPS signal is available, the Tracker will send a GSM location, accurate to about a mile, depending on the area. These locations are represented by big blue translucent circles, and give an idea of location. Displaying these is disabled by default, to avoid confusion. To enable them, click on Show GSM locations. These will then be displayed, and their time will appear in blue on the side
  • Each point has a time stamp below it to help see a chronological view of the tracker's activity during the day

 


History mode:

  • Going back in time, to view every location the tracker ever sent, day by day, since the first day you turned the tracker on.
  • Almost identical to today mode, it shows all locations for the day selected, using a simple calendar.
  • Once a date is selected you may use "Join Points" to view the plotted route, as you would see on a Sat Nav device, giving you distance travelled and different ways of plotting. View below for more information.
  • Once a date selected, you may click on Report to view a printable report for the day (view below for more)

History Mode

  • Each point has a time stamp below it to help see a chronological view of the tracker's activity during the day.
  • All the points are joined together with a line, giving a sense of direction, implementing the timestamp feature.

Written Report mode:

  • View where the Tracker was by time.
  • Print or save, easy record keeping.
  • Readable and easy to understand.
  • Meaningful Street names, not coordinates.
  • Set a destination - see distance and time remaining decrease, or in the event of an undesired detour, increase.
  • View time and distance of travel on the selected day.

Report Mode

 

Geofence mode:

  • Quick and easy multipoint geofencing.
  • Follow roads or landmarks
  • Just click on the map to create a point.
  • After clicking at least 3 points, set geofence. The tracker will update almost immediately.
Live Mode

 

3 Dimensional View (Google Earth):

  • View a tilted 3D view of the points on the globe.
  • Very similar to Google Earth.
  • Gives you a different perspective.
  • Easy point management with the "starburst" effect helping you differenciate points.
  • Simply click on "Earth" in top right hand corner of the map, next to "hybrid", in any mode.
  • One simple file to install from google, easy installation.
